Burning fat can be a cumbersome task especially the one that has collected around your stomach. Many people tend to take up crunches in a big way lose some fat and then get back to their normal schedule leaving dead fat cells on the stomach which are really hard to get rid of. The diet that you take has to be monitored religiously. If you dont monitor you diet and keep exercising the results maybe upside down, you may end up gaining more flab instead of losing it. Water is an important ingredient in helping you lose fat, there is a myth that drinking a lot of water will increase the fat content but its only a myth.
Remember the more you sweat the more fat you will lose and the body will also be getting more toned in the long run. A bit of hard work is the key to losing fat. Make walking and cycling a way of your life.
While exercising take care that you dont harm your muscles as this may lead to a lot of pain and disastrous consequences in the long run.
Keep a positive attitude. at first you may observe that you have lost a lot of fat and after sometime the speed with which you lose fat will reduce. Hang on this is just a plateau and will soon pick up you have to follow your fat loss program with perseverance.
