Alright so lets talk about penis pumps. Im just gonna call this one how I see it, so excuse me if I seem biased but I think the facts present themselves pretty clearly in this case. We have known of them for a long time and Im sure youve asked yourself just like I have. “What if it really works?” Well the truth is that it doesnt and it can actually be quite harmful. Let me explain.

Here is how it works. A penis pump or vacuum pump is a cylindrical object connected to a pump. The penis is inserted into the cylinder and the air is them sucked out creating a vacuum that draws blood into the penis. An elastic ring is then applied to the base of the penis to restrict the blood flow and stop it from exiting.  The problem with this method is that very few studies have proven it to have any lasting effect on your size, and if not done properly it can cause serious damage. Over pumping can cause bruising and blistering, because the suction is too strong this can even lead to burst blood vessels. Also the ring should not be kept on for more than thirty minutes or is could cause serious tissue damage. Prolonged use of vacuum pumps has also been known to result in thickening and discoloration of the skin. Many brands will tell you that their particular product is safe and proven. But statistically, using a pump as a penile enhancement method will more often cause harm than good.  Whats worse is that you pay hundreds of dollars for a bogus product that will have you working for months with no results (at least no positive ones).

The truth is that penis pumps do actually have a clinical use, but its to help people with erectile dysfunction to inflate (not enlarge). So before you go running off to buy some contraption to stretch or inflate your penis why not look into simple exercise programs.

There are a lot of benefits to trying out the different exercise programs that are out there.  Firstly they are a lot cheaper than buying a pump and overtime will strengthen you not damage. Second there is a lot of proof and a lot of testimonials that show it works. Third exercise is natural and good for the body the more you practice at it the more improvements you will see in your erection quality, stamina, and blood flow.  There are certain muscles that will never be stimulated by the use of a pump that are essential to enlargement. One major factor in natural enhancement techniques is stretching the suspensory ligament which is what attaches the penis to the pelvic bone something that cannot be accomplished by simply inflating the penis in a vacuum.

So like I said my views are a bit biased but its common sense not to use something that has so much damaging potential on such an important organ. I for one have opted for the natural route and have had great results.
